Howard A. Siegel

Howard Siegel is a senior management and financial professional with over 40 years of experience.

Recent engagements, focused on corporate profit improvement, have included over $1 million in savings for a $20 million home improvement products manufacturer, and over $15 million in savings for a $150 million consumer product manufacturer. He has acted as interim CEO for a $30 million professional services organization.

He helped a mid-size screw machine job shop increase gross profit and cash flow and a major regional food manufacturer and retail operator increase cash as well as obtain significant refinancing.

Mr. Siegel also acted as Chief Financial Officer for a $22 million private social service organization and improved operations from a $1.5 million deficit to a surplus in excess of $200,000.

As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for a NASDAQ listed retail manufacturer, he initiated cost control measures to reduce overhead by 25% and oversaw a revision of pricing policies. 

As President for a manufacturer of ladies sportswear and major supplier to the retail market, he directed the Company to three successive Achievement Awards for outstanding product and service.

Mr. Siegel began his career with Arthur Andersen & Company. He received his Bachelors degree, with honors, in Economics from the University of Michigan, and his Masters in Accounting and Finance also from University of Michigan. Mr. Siegel also passed the CPA examination in Illinois.
